The location was quite convenient. I found public transport access very close by (it helped me a lot!). The staff were very accommodating. They were patient and helpful.

Acceptable stay, but with some letdowns

unpleasant room extra spa cost

The location was quite good, with access to the city center.

The staff seemed unmotivated. The receptionist didn't even share the Wi-Fi password. I also had to pay extra for the spa, something I believe should be complimentary for hotel guests. The room smelled unpleasant, and despite keeping the window open, it remained that way .

friendly staff excellent location rooftop bar

The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is excellent. I walked to many attractions. I appreciated the on-site spa facilities, especially the variety of saunas and pools. The rooftop bar provided fantastic views and was perfect.

I was located in a separate building, a block away from the main hotel. This felt less secure, especially at night.

romantic getaway amidst city charm

the hotel room provided ample space. the helpful staff allowed us to keep our luggage before check-in. i appreciated the pleasant view of the city skyline and the cathedral, it was like our own little haven, tucked away from the hustle, yet so close to the heart of everything. the spa was a real treasure.

I noticed the absence of air conditioning in our room. It was a warm day, and relying solely on fans wasn't quite ideal for creating the perfect romantic ambiance we envisioned.

okay experience overall

big room extensive spa absent air mosquito bites

the hotel provided a nice big room for our group. spa facilities were extensive with many options. the roof terrace was a good addition for relaxation. it was a five minute walk from the metro so traveling around was easy.

the location required walking outside of reception to reach our entrance. the absence of air conditioning was a problem during a hot day. the fans in the bedrooms didn't do a great job so we had to open the windows. this resulted in mosquito bites during the night.

naked people extra charge

the hotel was fine for a short stay near bars and restaurants. the main rail station was a ten-minute drive.

i disliked that the thermal area was full of naked people. many seemed to be looking for sexual encounters. it was irritating so i only stayed 10 minutes with my fiancee after they charged us extra for entry. i would not book again.
